[ Heung Soo mostly tries to set his mind on making the ramen - if not just so he doesn't have to think about everything else too much, since he's so sure it'll just embarrass him if he does it too much. Thinking about just how little has changed in this sense all over the years (it's still him taking care of Nam Soon, sometimes even almost like a parent), thinking about the way he can still faintly taste Nam Soon's lips.. it's all embarrassing. It's embarrassing exactly because it feels so nice like this. It feels so natural for the two of them to be like this, for Heung Soo to take care of his best friend.. even that kiss didn't feel as weird anymore.

Just embarrassing. Just that. Just the way his stomach jumps up in him every single time he thinks about it.

He tries to not think of it too much, even though his fingers briefly move to touch his lips after he's grabbed the bowls and turned on the water to boil. He's got his back turned towards where he's left Nam Soon sitting like an oversized child, so he's probably banking on the hope that the other doesn't notice.

But he works diligently, in the typical Heung Soo kind of way - quietly, fairly neatly even if it's rough around the edges, very to the point.

Until he's done, and then he walks back to the table, putting down Nam Soon's bowl.. and then his own right next to it instead of on the opposite side of the table, instead opting to put the kimchi there.

Because he's totally going to squeeze himself in right at the space next to Nam Soon. Heung Soo knows the other needs the contact right now, and it's something he could use to when he dares to admit it to himself. He doesn't mention anything special about it, just moves to sit side to side with Nam Soon and that's it before grabbing some kimchi to go with the rest and starting to shove it into his mouth.

Like it's all natural. ]
