[he forces a bit of a pout, clearly trying to seem purposefully offended by what his best friend has to say. nam soon isn't really bothered by it, of course, and he knows heung soo will know that — and probably act even more irritated by the fact that he's doing this. it's something he feels he has to do, though.
the part about it that embarrasses nam soon is the fact that he goes so far over the top in a very deliberate way, and for a very deliberate reason. each moment spent like that is another where heung soo can keep his mind off the stressful situation they're in, as well as the crappy circumstances that are going to remain for as long as they can tell. he wants to do that much for his friend, for someone who has lost so much, so quickly. he knows what it's like, and the last thing he wants is any sort of situation where heung soo ends up in the spiral he'd been in for three years himself. somehow, that's more embarrassing to nam soon than being a ham about their living situation. they'd practically been on the verge of living together back in seoul, anyway... before all this happened.
